When you place an order for one of our collars and leads, someone on our team will make that order – for you! Since almost all of our products are made to order, with exception of toys, treats, ID tags, jackets* and stationery, we are therefore unable to take returns of collars and leads unless our product is faulty. If we have made a mistake, then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product, to arrange a return. Please email us at hello@brindleandwhyte.com for information on where to send your product for a refund.

For all other products (toys, treats, ID tags, jackets*), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Your product must be brand new, unused, in its original packaging and have all product tags intact. Your return must be sent with tracked and signed for delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. Your order must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your product.

*All dog jackets must be absolutely free of dog hair and returned in its original packaging with all labels attached, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund.
