When you place an order for one of our collars and leads, someone on our team will make that order – for you! Since almost all of our products are made to order, with exception of toys, treats, dog tags, jackets* and stationery, we are therefore unable to take returns of collars and leads unless our product is faulty. If we have made a mistake, then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product, to arrange a return. Please email us at email@example.com for information on where to send your product for a refund.
*All dog jackets must be absolutely free of dog hair and returned in its original packaging with all labels attached, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund.
