Featuring solid brass hardware, the Atacama dog lead is an elegant but tough accessory for the adventurous hound. Made from top quality materials and engineered in Britain, the Atacama lead is designed to last the test of time. If your hound likes to roll, simply hand or machine wash in warm water.
The matching Atacama lead is 19mm wide x 110cm or 180cm long.
Lead shown: 19mm x 110cm in Marine/Gold.
Collar size shown: Small – 1.5″ wide
Tone: all two-tone leads will use Gold on the inside except Gold, which uses Naples Yellow.

We have carefully selected the best webbing manufactured right here in the United Kingdom. This webbing is strong, durable and fade resistant. By sewing together two layers of this webbing we created the now classic Brindle & Whyte two-tone dog lead. Not only are these extremely durable, they are also machine washable and look incredibly stylish!
How long should my dog lead be?
Choosing the length of your whippet dog lead is very personal and depends on several things. Most sighthounds and whippets, for example, like to walk ahead in front of their owner, so a longer lead is generally needed. Some dogs walk nicely to heal, however, in which case the shorter 110cm lead is best.
Which collar should I choose to go with my dog lead?

Standard collars are made from a single loop.
Martingale collars are made out of two loops to create a humane choke collar.

A martingale collar is a design of collar that helps prevent a dog from slipping out of their collar. Adjusted properly, a martingale collar never chokes, but contracts snugly to prevent escape when needed.
